For single-session workshops, at least 6–8 weeks is generally sufficient. For full-day programs, company health days, or recurring curriculum development, 12 weeks gives enough lead time for content customization and logistics. Reach out as early as possible for annual or recurring engagements.

Yes. Most single-session and multi-topic workshops are available in virtual format. Some hands-on components (screening demonstrations, movement workshops) work better in person. We’ll discuss what’s practical for your topic and format on your initial call.
Yes — this is a common and effective combination. A half-day or full-day program can include morning screenings and an afternoon educational workshop, or vice versa. The screening data often makes the educational content more meaningful because participants have just received their own results.
