The Clinicians Behind PerformWell

Every patient at PerformWell works directly with one of our clinicians — both of whom hold specialty certifications and have built careers specifically in performing arts and sports medicine.

Founder + Physical Therapist

My Why

I’ve been there.  As a performer and an athlete who had injuries, but didn’t feel heard by my healthcare providers, I know the challenges that performers and athletes feel, because I’ve gone through it too.

Now, I’m a mom, teacher, and healthcare provider.  I am able to support my own children as they start their journey into performing arts and sports and be there for my students and patients—to show them it is possible to move freely and fully, and have a long, healthy career in the performing arts and sport.

PerformWell was created to make this process easier for you — to put accurate, evidence-based information in one place, whether you’re seeking recovery, prevention, or performance optimization. And just as importantly, to help other healthcare providers and organizations learn how to deliver customized, research-driven care for performing artists.
